Levitation



Levitation is a phenomenon of psychokinesis (PK) in which objects, people,
and animals are lifted into the air without any
visibly physical means and float or fly about.
The phenomenon has been said to have occurred in mediumship,
shamanism, trances, mystical rapture,
and demonic possession.
Some cases of levitation appear to be spontaneous,
while spiritual or magical adepts are said
to be able to control it consciously.
There seems to be several general
characteristics about levitation.
The duration of the phenomenon may last
from a few minutes to several hours.
Generally it requires a great amount
of concentration or being in a state of trance.



From the mouths (or minds) of our own,
Levitation is explained as being accomplished by "concentration".
Meditation must also occur.
However, just because one meditates
doesn't mean one will find himself floating on
air upon leaving his trance.
Why doesn't levitation work for everyone?


While on my search for an answer,
I found a site that proved itself quite usefull.
Not only did it describe how to achieve levitation
(which will be explained later),
but it also gave some interesting "levitation games".



Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board:



The Game:

This 'game' has been shown in such
horror movies as " The Gate," and "The Craft."

The purpose of this game is to
make a person levitate using simple
means of 'concentration' and 'chants.'

It goes as follows...

One person lies on the ground,
relaxed and still, freeing all
thoughts from their mind.

A group of people arrange
themselves around this person, {usually on either end},
and place their fingers of both hands under them.

Everyone closes their eyes
and begins to chant;
"Light as a feather, Stiff as a board."

This chant is supposed to be repeated
until the persons are relaxed and actually
levitaing the one on the floor.

Disclaimer Note: Don't be surprised, if it doesn't work...

Richard Lefors Clark explains how to use
Diamagnetism gravity to levitate a
person using five people.

Place a chair facing North or West,
while one person sits in the chair,
five others prepare to levitate him or her.

Two stand behind the one sitting by
their shoulders and the other two
in front-by either knee.

The person in the chair must sit
relaxed with both feet on the floor
and their hands in their lap.

All four standing should now extend
their hands out with fists clenched
except for two fingers, plams down.

The persons by each shoulder places
their fingers under the armpits of the one sitting,
and the ones by either knee places
their fingers under each knee.

Try and lift the person this way,
and you will find that it can't be done.

Next the four standing should all
place their hands on the person in the chairs head-
{as a 'laying of hands'} and begin
counting in unison to ten.

At nine, they should remove their hands quickly,
and place in armpit and knee
the two fingers as described above and lift.

Continuous counting as you hold
the person up this way, and to lower them also.



Perhaps the reason that those
exercises above don't work is because
you are concentrating at the task on hand. Think about it.
In "light as a feather, stiff as a board"
were you thinking about lifting the person
with only your fingertips touching them?
Or were you concentrating on the chant?
Point is... YOUR MIND WAS INTERRUPTED BY NEGATIVE THOUGHT.
Same in the second game. I have had personal
experience with this one.
The point of this game is trances.
Without worrying about a task,
you can just let go and make it happen.
It was amazing.
Four of my friends (three of which were girls, and one was me)
lifted a 200 lb man using only our index fingers.
We were amazed, when our teacher
explained it was all because of a mini-trance.



Now for some step-by-step instruction.



FIRST VISUAL EXERCISE



STEP ONE Charge your physical body with energy.

STEP TWO Then See your visual body standing in front of your physical body.

STEP THREE Then visualize that your energy is blending with your visual body.

STEP FOUR Then focus your mind on levitating your visual body off the ground.

STEP FIVE Once your visual body is off the ground hold it there for a minute.

STEP SIX Then focus your mind on levitating back down to the surface.

STEP SEVEN Do steps four to six a couple of times before moving on.
Then you can open your eyes.



SECOND VISUAL EXERCISE: THE FOREST



STEP ONE Get comfortable and relax.

STEP TWO Then close your eyes and visualize that you
are in a beautiful forest with trees
and plant life all around you.

STEP THREE Now I want you to go for a walk in
this forest you have created.

STEP FOUR A short time later you come across a clearing.
Walk into the clearing.

STEP FIVE Then visualize that your energy is blending with your visual body.

STEP SIX Next see your visual body levitating up off the ground and
rising higher into the tree tops
and hold your visual body there.

STEP SEVEN Now reach out and grab a leaf off the tree next to you.
Then see your visual body levitating
back down to the ground below you.

STEP EIGHT Now place the leaf on the ground and
fill the leaf with fifth force energy.

STEP NINE Then see the leaf levitating up off the ground and
into the air about four feet and hold it there.

STEP TEN Then see the leaf levitating back down to the ground.

STEP ELEVEN If you want stay in the forest and practice
this exercise then do so.
If you don't want to stay in the forest,
just open your eyes.





There you go, step by step instructions to the
levitation of your own body.
Note that this required the imagination that something would happen.
Also note that most of this requires concentration of another kind.
Don't think about it.
Just let loose and do it, without fear, without doubt.
Remember, this is a reality not our own, and anything is possible.
